Friday 11/11 and Saturday 11/12 classes. 

Friday we will again be sparring a lot. We will work on combos and fast techniques.

Saturday will be a good day for core workouts and mind-over-matter! 


Friday 11/4 and Saturday 11/5 classes. 

Spin kicks and jump spins on Friday.  Adults will be more advanced.  Spin kicks are the bread and butter of control, balance, technique, and strategy.

Saturday will be cardio, sparring, and more sparring!  Maybe you can try a spin kick?
