The weekend will start warming up, which should resolve the ice problem, so class is back on!
Friday we will work on our legs. Front stance, sitting stance and kicks.
Saturday will be arms with pull ups, push ups, knife hand strikes, and lots of punches!
Sunday we will do core, with sit ups and leg ups.
I’ll give a stripe to any student who can hang upside down by only their feet.
I’ll give a stripe to any student who can do that and touch their toes five times.
I’ll give a stripe to any adult (who isn’t a black belt) if they run 1/2 mile in less than 3 minutes, 30 seconds.
I’ll give a stripe to any kid that can run the 1/2 mile circuit in under 4 minutes.
