Friday will be lots of arms! Push ups, planks, punches, strikes, 50%, hand stands, and “throwing the cheese!”
Saturday we will do lots of legs. Squats, front stances, sitting stance, jump front kicks, side kicks, and pad kicking.
I’ll also brief you guys on the progress of opening a second location, and what it means for us! As a note, if you have sparring gear or a weapon, please always bring it. It is your responsibility to bring all of your martial arts things with you every day. Some days, we won’t use it, but our chances of being able to use weapons and sparring will go up if people are equipped!
